Very tasty, moderately sweet and easy to prepare charlotte with apples.
Ingredients:
3 chicken eggs
4 green not sweet apples with sourness
Half a glass of sugar (standard glass 250 ml)
A glass of flour (almost full)
How to cook charlotte:
1. Whisk the eggs and add sugar to them. I beat long and painfully with a whisk. It's best to use a blender.
2. Stirring constantly, add flour. Mix everything until smooth and without lumps. The dough is ready!
3. Apples need to be peeled and core. Cut them into pieces.
4. Take the form. Mine is 22 cm. Sprinkle with flour and put the apples.
5. Pour batter into apples. With a spatula, gently and gently press the apples to get rid of the voids.
6. Preheat your oven. Set to 180 degrees with top and bottom mode. Cooking charlotte 40-50 minutes. Watch the crust - it should become nice and brown.
7. When the charlotte is ready, let it cool down. Then turn the cake over, cut and serve with tea.
