Today we decided to share a quick recipe for a sweet tooth. This time, we will talk about how to quickly and easily prepare a very tasty and tender banana jelly. This sour cream dessert will outshine even Bird's Milk.
Ingredients:
- Banana - 2-3 pcs.
- Sour cream - 500 ml.
- Sugar - 100 gr.
- Chocolate - 50 gr.
- Gelatin - 2 tbsp
- Water - 0.5 cups
Cooking method:
Using a blender or mixer, beat sour cream with sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. (Note that sour cream should be at room temperature).
Dissolve gelatin in hot water, stirring constantly until dissolved.
We clean the banana from the peel, cut into cubes and distribute among the bowls.
In a thin stream, gradually pour the gelatin into the sour cream mass, while not forgetting to stir with a spoon.
As a result, we should get a "liquid cream". Pour it into bowls and send it to the refrigerator until completely solidified. At the end, we decorate our dessert with grated chocolate.
You can also experiment with flavors and add vanilla or ground cinnamon to your sour cream if you like.
