One of the most problematic parts of our body is the hips. Scientists have given some tips to help tighten them and make them more elastic.
1. Change your lifestyle
The Mayo Clinic, one of the largest medical centers in the world, located in the state of Mennisot, recommends diets low in saturated fats. Doctors also believe that small changes in daily life (trying to take the stairs instead of the elevator) will help to achieve better results.
2. Strength training
A few healthy leg exercises will help burn fat and tighten muscles. One of the best is the lunge exercise, which will strengthen the legs and tone the leg muscles. To perform it, you need to put your feet parallel to each other a little wider than your hips, bend your back in the lower back, bend your knees too. Then you need to take a wide step forward, keeping the torso straight, while the center of gravity should be on the forward leg. Sit on your front leg, rise and step back with your front leg to the starting position. Repeat the exercise on the other leg.
3. Consistent exercises
A good workout includes at least 30 minutes of physical activity. If you can’t immediately do half an hour or an hour, try doing the exercises for 15 minutes a day to start, so that the result is fixed. Then you can move on to more complex workouts, including cardio and strength exercises.
