10. Read every day
Reading should be made into an absolute habit. By reading, you develop your memory, logical thinking, and imagination. Regular reading has been shown to slow (or even prevent) Alzheimer's and dementia. To get used to reading faster, spread books everywhere: in the toilet, in the kitchen, under the bed. Put the book in your bag. So you can read on public transport or when you are waiting for a friend in a cafe.
